Shipping & Returns
Shipping is based on weight and size of packages for both domestic and international orders.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your mat.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom-made mats are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you want to be certain of the fabric color, please order swatches. We present them as accurately as we can, but it is not possible to be 100% accurate due to the fact that fabrics can look very different in different lighting situations, to different camera sensors, and on different screens.
If you receive your mat and it has a defect, please take photos/videos and email us with the problem within 48 hours. email@example.com. Returns, exchanges and refunds will only be processed for defective mats and must be made within 30 days of purchase. If we receive a return that is not defective, no refund will be issued.
For all other items, please contact us via email with any issues or exchange/return requests. Once a return or exchange is received, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process.
